All chocolate orders are shipped via FedEx Express after processing in the warehouse (signature is required for all chocolate orders). Shipping with no signature request is possible upon customer request, however, we are not responsible for packages shipped with no signature request. All other orders are shipped with FedEx Ground service.

Most orders ship FedEx, but some gift baskets will ship via UPS (and are noted on that product page)

Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and US possessions. Please call (888) 311-6300 for assistance.

FedEx and UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
